THE CONGOST-AUTISME FOUNDATION
(La Garriga - Barcelona, Spain)

About the organisation and its aims

The organisation was set up in 1984 and its mission is to improve the quality of life of people with autism. It is classified as a charity which offers a service to the public. The foundation is internationally recognised as a pioneer in the development of projects and services to help people with autism.

What the Foundation aims to achieve

  • To promote, watch over and help organisations dedicated to the treatment   and care of people with autism.
  • To encourage and develop projects concerned with scientific research, training and information services as well as those concerning the study of techniques and methods of working applied to the education, care and social integration of these people.
  • To act as legal guardian for those in need of tutelage.
